? Power presses from basant industries are useful for a wide variety of purposes like cutting, forming and combination die operations. Made of high quality rolled steel plates that assure utmost rigidity and strength is the body of the press. A mechanical overload safety plate system is offered as optional. The ram is adjustable in height and locking system is offered. Slides have ample length to assure accurate travel. Presses from 100 tonnes onwards are equipped with pneumatic weight balance as a standard with pneumatic clutch presses only. For air friction clutch presses are offered with all push buttons and other controlled units on the central control panel. Technical specification: the press table is made of high quality steel on presses up to 125 mt with t-slots diagonal or parallel in the table. Depending upon the press version the ram is equipped either with two 45?guide way or a 4-fold 45 degree flat guide way system that is easily adjustable. Special features: two hand single stroke, foot single stroke, foot continuous stroke, two hand set-up; lubrication is visible through plastic tubes; and the press is supplied with pneumatic and hydraulic die cushion for draw components as extra.
